How long does it take to get started?
Most users are up and running within 24 hours. Just connect your Amazon account, and we'll start pulling your data immediately. Our onboarding guides walk you through setting up dashboards, alerts, and your first AI insights.
What’s a token?
A token is how we measure AI usage. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance for chats, insights, and automation.
What happens if I go over my tokens?
You can add more anytime for $25 per 1M tokens. We also offer pooled usage for agency clients.
How do I know how many tokens I need?
Most users start with the included monthly tokens. If you're a high-volume agency or ask lots of questions, you can add more anytime or pool usage across accounts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your usage and token balance will carry over seamlessly.
Is my data secure?
Yes — we use enterprise-grade encryption and never share your data with third parties. Agency clients get isolated environments for each brand, and you maintain full ownership of your data at all times.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle, and your data will remain securely stored.
