Information We Collect

We collect:

Account Information – Name, email, password, and other details you provide when signing up.

Billing Information – Payment details processed securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Connected Account Data – Data from Amazon, Slack, and other integrations you authorize, including retail, advertising, and AMC data.

Usage Data – Information about how you use TrackIQ, including analytics from Google Analytics and tracking tools like Hotjar.

Cookies – For authentication, analytics, and marketing purposes.

Questions, Prompts & AI Activity – When you use TrackIQ through a connected AI assistant or client (for example, via our MCP connector), we store the text of the questions and instructions you send, together with the related tool activity and results, linked to your account and the Amazon brand you are querying. This powers your Activity view, meters usage against your plan, supports troubleshooting, and secures the Services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Provide and operate the Services.

Improve and develop new features.

Communicate with you about your account and updates.

Process payments and manage subscriptions.

Send marketing communications (you can opt out).

Comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or anonymized data to analyze trends, improve our services, and share industry insights — this data will not identify you personally.

Sharing Your Information

We only share data to:

Facilitate core platform features (e.g., hosting on AWS, payment processing with Stripe, analytics via Google Analytics).

Work with trusted service providers and partners under confidentiality agreements.

Comply with legal or security requirements.

We never sell your personal information.

When you connect TrackIQ to a third-party AI assistant or client (for example, via our MCP connector), you direct us to send the data you request and the questions you ask to that platform so it can respond to you. That platform processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your question text or Amazon data to train third-party AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure AWS servers located in the United States.

We use encryption in transit and at rest.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your data.

Correct inaccurate information.

Delete your data.

Object to or restrict certain processing.

Withdraw consent at any time.

Data Retention

We retain your account and Connected Account Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Question and prompt text collected through the MCP connector is retained while your account is active and is automatically deleted or anonymized within 90 days; it is deleted within 90 days of account closure, except for limited records we must keep to meet legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your data, including your question history, at any time by contacting support@trackiq.com.
