These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of TrackIQs beta platform, website, and related services (Services). By using TrackIQ, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or old enough to legally hold a credit card in your country) to use TrackIQ.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Account sharing is allowed within your organization.

Subscription & Billing

  • TrackIQ is a paid service.

  • Plans auto-renew unless canceled.

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform’s code.

  • Resell or sublicense the Services.

  • Misuse data accessed through the platform.

Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, code, trademarks, and materials are owned by TrackIQ.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes.

Data & Integrations

  • By connecting third-party accounts (e.g., Amazon, Slack), you grant us permission to access and process your data solely to provide features.

  • You are responsible for complying with any third-party account terms.

Beta Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TrackIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Direct damages are limited to the total amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in Delaware courts, as applicable.

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email.
